If something happened to the product due to the fault of the manufacturer, we are ready to help you with it.
Before sending the goods by parcel or picking up the goods in the store, each product is checked manually to avoid the problem of manufacturing defects when receiving a new product. You can exchange or return a defective product (with a significant defect) within 14 days after purchase only if it has not been used and has no signs of use.
A significant defect is considered to be a defect that makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose, which arose through the fault of the manufacturer, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.
However, it should be noted that goods of good quality, such as personal hygiene items, linen, bed linen, goods in aerosol packaging are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994.
List of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- perfumes and cosmetics;
- feather and down products;
- gloves;
- underwear;
- hosiery;
- goods in aerosol packaging;
- products made from natural and artificial hair (wigs);
- corsetry goods;
- combs, combs and massage brushes;
- medicines and products;
- personal hygiene items and other products that come into contact with intimate parts of the body.
If there are problems with a product of good quality within 14 days after purchase, you can contact the store with documents confirming your identity and purchase, as well as undamaged packaging and a device without signs of use. If an exchange or return is possible, you can send the defective item using the Nova Poshta service. After receiving and inspecting the product for manufacturing defects, we will contact you and agree on a compensation option: exchange for another product or refund to the card.
